Customs:
We ship from the EU, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Jollia is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Returns and refunds
Sometimes something doesn’t fit you or just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. Don’t worry, we accept returns as long as the item is still in its original condition. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Make sure you include your name, e-mail, order number, reason why you’d like to return the item and the shipping method you’ll be returning your order by.
Exchanges
Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges on our products. You can simply create a new order for the style and size you wish to have instead. In the meantime – you will be refunded for the unwanted item as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care help desk .
Cancelations
Mistakes happen and if you’d like to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel the order while your order status is in “in process”. You will know that your status is in process from the confirmation order mail you will have received from us. Simply contact our Customer care help desk
Delivery costs and proof of postage
We would recommend that you use the carrier service (Standard Home Delivery or DHL) that you used initially to get your order. You will be responsible for the cost and we strongly recommend you get proof of postage. If you choose another method, we are afraid we cannot guarantee refund of your purchase.
Please note: Your Return Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the front of your returned parcel. If our warehouse cannot identify this number on the outside of your return it may be returned to you (at your cost).
Keep it clean and in original condition
Of course, it’s fine to try an item on, but please don’t actually wear it. All items are inspected on return. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or without original packaging and tags, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that it might take up to 10 working days for the funds to be received back into your account.
